ADT Commercial announced its purchase of Alliant Integrators, Louisville, Ky., a provider of commercial fire alarm detection, installation, inspection and maintenance services in the Kentucky and southern Indiana region.

The purchase is part of ADT’s continued efforts to grow its geographic footprint and strengthen its capacity to serve mid-market, national and large-scale commercial customers, the company stated. Founded in 2006 by Beverly and Jim Bozarth, Alliant Integrators has served customers in a variety of markets, including those in healthcare, educational and industrial sectors.

In addition to fire detection services, Alliant provides technology for mass notification emergency communications, nurse calls, intercoms, security cameras, access control and other life safety and logistical needs.
