Matrox Maevex 6152 quad 4K decoders and Maevex 6100 Series encoders now enable commercial and critical 24/7 environments to deliver, decode, and display up to four 4K streams of ultra-low-bitrate, 4:4:4 and 4:2:0 AV content over LAN, WAN, or internet — with as little as 50 ms of latency. The decoder features decoding support of up to four 4K streams, or many lower resolution streams, from a single standalone appliance. Users can address one or more streams per display by selecting from an assortment of pre-configured layouts for each screen. Combining seamlessly with both Maevex 6100 Series encoder streams and industry-standard H.264 third-party encoder streams, Maevex 6152 makes it easy to create advanced and integrated decoding solutions. A Maevex 6100 Series encoder and decoder coupling supports every AV-over-IP scenario by pushing many streams over the LAN, feeding cloud-based servers, securely delivering encrypted streams across the internet, and recording to any location, all concurrently. The Maevex PowerStream Plus software management tool provides users with an assortment of easy-to-use, drag-and-drop stream and layout selection options, along with available previews for quick and intuitive decoder output configurations.
