The 2014 Electronic Security Expo (ESX) will be held in Nashville’s Music City Center. Education session will be held June 24-26, an Expo will take place June 25 and 26, and association meetings will take place June 22-26 for the Central Station Alarm Association (CSAA) and the Electronic Security Association (ESA).

The 2013 CSAA Central Station Excellence Awards were presented last week at ESX at the Excellence Awards Breakfast. Every year, the awards recognize outstanding central stations and individuals that raise the bar for dedication, innovation and best practices in monitoring. The Electronic Security Expo (ESX) announced its welcome of Roy Spence, co-founder and chairman of GSD&M — an Austin, Texas-based marketing and advertising agency — as its 2013 keynote speaker.
The Electronic Security Expo (ESX) was named a Fastest 50 winner by Trade Show Executive magazine, which recognizes the fastest-growing trade shows in the country.
Since the Partnership for Priority Video Alarm Response group was introduced a primary point of discussion has been whether it would continue to operate as an independent organization or whether it would be absorbed by an established industry organization like CSAA or ESA, in order to ensure that the message sent to law enforcement and insurers was cohesive and representative of the whole industry.
