AMAG Technology, an Allied Universal Company, announced the hiring of Ann Marie Mansfield as the new director, commercial excellence. In her new role, she will establish programs and frameworks to strengthen partnerships with system integrators and build long-lasting relationships with technology partners and customers, facilitating collaboration and mutual growth.
The director, commercial excellence is a newly created role designed to develop internal and external programs, lead generation opportunities, and tools to make it easy to do business with AMAG Technology. According to the announcement, this strategic move reflects AMAG's commitment to effectively deliver integrated solutions and enhance its customer-focused approach.

Mansfield has extensive experience in the security industry. She was the director of customer service at ACRE and spent over eight years working her way up from inside sales to the key accounts global support & strategic partnership manager at LenelS2.
