AXIS I8116-E network video intercom offers 5MP video, two-way communication and remote entry control. With WDR, it provides clarity when there’s both dark and light areas in the scene. Measuring only 1.89 in. in width, it offers unlimited mounting options. It’s designed to fit on walls, doorframes and mullions, and a flush mounting accessory enables recessed mounting in walls. This intercom makes it possible to enhance door security by controlling locks and adding video surveillance — using just one PoE cable. Featuring a deep learning processing unit, it offers improved processing capabilities. This makes it possible to collect and analyze a great deal of data on the edge. In addition, with support for ACAP version 4, it’s possible to add tailor-made applications based on deep learning on the edge available from Axis and its partners. It offers seamless integration with global leading VMS systems, and it supports session initiation protocol for IP phone system integration. Furthermore, built-in cybersecurity features help prevent unauthorized access and safeguard the system.
