Verkada, a company in AI-powered physical security technology, added Mark Anderson to its board of directors.

Anderson brings more than 25 years of technology leadership in high-growth public companies to Verkada’s board. He currently serves on the board of 1Password. In 2024, Anderson stepped off of Cloudflare’s board to become its president of revenue. His career highlights include:

• CEO of Alteryx: He led the company to $1 billion in revenue, navigating a sale in 2024 to private equity sponsors and expanding into new global markets.
• President at Palo Alto Networks: He helped drive its growth from pre-IPO to over $3.5 billion in annualized revenue.
• F5 Networks: He grew annual revenue to more than $1 billion while overseeing global sales.
