NetOne Appoints Brian Duffy of Per Mar Security Services as Board Chair

Brian Duffy, CEO of Per Mar Security Services, will lead the board of directors of NetOne Inc. in establishing strategic direction, identifying new opportunities for growth and guiding the organization as it adapts to a rapidly changing electronic security market.
Duffy’s leadership will support NetOne’s long-term value for its 23 shareholder companies by strengthening communication and alignment and enabling member companies to operate as a unified network. Over 7,000 NetOne employees serve more than 1,200,000 customers throughout North America, helping the companies achieve gross revenues exceeding $1.85 billion annually.
“It is an honor to serve as chairman of NetOne,” Duffy said. “NetOne is made up of the finest independent security companies in the country. I look forward to fostering even deeper relationships amongst the shareholders, and ensuring NetOne helps us remain competitive, growing companies in this fast-changing world. I will do my best to build upon the incredible foundation we have at NetOne.”
As an active member of numerous security associations locally and nationally, Duffy has been a board member for NetOne since 2015. He is active in several organizations in the Cedar Rapids and Quad Cities areas, including the Notre Dame Club of the Quad Cities, Finance Officer for the Iowa Chapter of the Young Presidents Association, and Junior Achievement of the Heartland.
In addition to Duffy’s appointment at NetOne’s April 29, 2026 board meeting, NetOne announced the appointment of two officers to its leadership team.
Michael Meridith, CEO of SEi in Omaha, Nebraska, has been reappointed as secretary, bringing extensive industry experience and a strong record of operational leadership to the role.
Tim Westphal, CEO of Bay Alarm in Concord, Calif., will serve as treasurer, contributing deep financial and strategic expertise gained from leading an independently-owned security company.
Together, these appointments further strengthen NetOne’s governance and position the organization for continued growth and collaboration across its network.
