Kingspan Light + Air North America Expands Service Capabilities Through Strategic Partnership With Life Safety Services

Kingspan Light + Air North America (KLA) announced a strategic partnership with Life Safety Services (LSS), a national provider of fire and life safety inspection, testing and repair services. The partnership marks a significant step in expanding KLA’s capabilities beyond products, reinforcing its commitment to supporting building performance across the full lifecycle of commercial assets.

Through this collaboration, KLA will extend its value proposition by offering customers access to comprehensive service and maintenance solutions for installed systems, including smoke vents, daylighting systems and other building envelope components. By integrating LSS’s certified service expertise and national reach, KLA is enhancing its ability to help building owners and facility managers maintain safety, compliance and long-term operational performance.

“As buildings become more complex and performance expectations continue to rise, our customers are looking for partners who can support them beyond traditional supplier relationships,” said Marci Bonham, president, Kingspan Light + Air – Americas. “This partnership represents a natural evolution of our offering, combining our product expertise with trusted service capabilities to help ensure systems continue to perform as intended over time.”

LSS brings more than 20 years of experience in fire and life safety services, with a nationwide footprint and a track record of completing more than 25,000 projects, helping organizations meet regulatory requirements and maintain critical building systems. Together, the companies will provide a more seamless approach to managing installed assets, including maintenance, optimization and ongoing inspection.

For building owners and operators, the partnership introduces a new level of support, enabling inspection, service and maintenance support for installed systems; improved compliance with fire and life safety standards; enhanced system reliability and performance over time; and greater visibility into the long-term condition of building assets.

This expanded service offering is designed to help customers proactively manage risk, reduce operational disruptions and extend the lifespan of key building systems. At the same time, KLA’s broader solutions portfolio ensures that the benefits of daylighting are sustained over time, delivering consistent access to natural light that enhances occupant comfort, supports well-being and reduces reliance on artificial lighting.
