NetOne Names Jeannette Munroe as President

NetOne Inc., a network of independently owned electronic security companies, hired Jeannette Munroe as president, effective June 15, 2026.
Munroe brings a dynamic blend of leadership experience spanning government, nonprofit, academic and global commercial organizations, along with a strong commitment to building connections, advancing learning and driving meaningful growth. Her diverse background and strategic mindset position her well to lead NetOne into its next chapter.
“We are excited to welcome Jeannette to NetOne,” said Brian Duffy, chairman, NetOne Inc. “She will help further the growth of NetOne and our shareholder companies as we navigate this time of rapid change together.”
Munroe most recently served as executive vice president of member engagement and growth at the National Ready-Mixed Concrete Association (NRMCA). She initially joined NRMCA as its first senior vice president of learning and development in 2024, where she led initiatives to enhance member value, expand engagement and support organizational growth.
Prior to her tenure at NRMCA, Munroe spent seven years with Sodexo, a global company in quality-of-life services, where she supported North America revenue operations. Earlier in her career, she held multiple roles at the Central Intelligence Agency, including media spokesperson, communications officer and program director — experiences that shaped her leadership, communication and operational expertise.
“What attracted me to NetOne wasn’t simply the opportunity but the people behind it,” Munroe said. “Throughout the search process, I met board members who care deeply about the organization, its shareholders and each other’s success. Their commitment, vision and optimism for the future made it clear to me that NetOne has something special. I look forward to working with shareholders, partners and staff to build on this strong foundation and help shape what’s next for the organization.”
NetOne’s board of directors expressed strong confidence in Munroe’s ability to strengthen the organization’s network and value proposition. Her leadership is expected to enhance collaboration among shareholder companies, deepen industry partnerships and advance NetOne’s mission as the “best of the best” in the electronic security industry.
Munroe will begin engaging directly with NetOne shareholders shortly after her start date, focusing on relationship-building and identifying opportunities to further support the network’s collective success.
