Panasonic Security Systems, Secaucus, N.J., has opened a dedicated National Technical Support Center (NTSC) to provide the company's customer base and sales network with technical support and service. Frank DeFina, president of Panasonic System Solutions Co., officiated at the opening of the NTSC in Rockville, Md.

Panasonic Security Systems' NTSC will provide a wide range of support functions under one roof, including an expanded technical hot-line, product service, sales returns and advanced exchanges. The state-of-the-art facility will include the latest technologies including an IP-based phone system and an advanced customer relationship management system.
