3VR Security, provider of a searchable surveillance platform, now integrates with Schlage’s bright blue intelligent access management software. The solution allows users of bright blue’s Web-based access control system to search and manage video using 3VR’s searchable surveillance technology.
Launched in February 2009, bright blue is the first embedded network appliance to give small business owners the ability to access and manage points of entry from the Web, supporting up to 32 doors and 5,000 cardholders. 3VR and bright blue now make it possible for business owners and security personnel to quickly and easily find video clips by searching the transactions of persons passing through access control checkpoints. With each card swipe, data is sent directly into the 3VR system, where it is indexed and linked to the associated video.
