Who is Your Website Talking to?
While many website redesigns are about updating the look and feel of the site, smart companies will update the function and mission of their site to adapt to their business’ evolution as well. While CheckVideo’s old website was principally a gateway for existing customers to log on to the Partner Extranet, the new website invites a whole new kind of user to learn about its products. Expanding the website’s audience to include prospects as well as existing users required better organization. The company delivered by making the browsing experience easier and quicker, as well as using callouts on pages throughout the site to provide a guided experience and get visitors where they want to go.
