DIGIOP ELEMENTS 8.5, the latest version of its video and data management softwareDIGIOP, an Observint brand, announced DIGIOP ELEMENTS 8.5, the latest version of its video and data management software. The new version provides advanced analytics and expanded capability with a wider range of devices, as well as a new GoMobile application for easier remote access and management. Heat mapping and dwell metrics are just two of the new analytics tools, and the software generates visual graphs to display raw text data for queuing and service times. The GoMobile feature allows users to view and manage live video using a free app for their iPhone or iPad. Android users can connect via a web browser.
