The SIA Education@ISC East Program began on Wednesday with all new content on the most current business trends, technologies and state requirements/codes.

SIA Education@ISC is offering 17 free sessions, right on the exhibit floor. They are open to all ISC attendees at no additional cost. A few highlights from the SIA program are: How to Survive in the Security Industry: The Next 10 Years; Stand Out From the Competition; and Improving Transit System Safety with Integrated Security Solutions.

Other ISC East programs include:

• All new Mass Evacuation Systems Seminar, which is a three-part series designed to provide holistic education about the mass notification and evacuation market. Sessions are appropriate for installers/integrators designing systems, as well as endusers, which may be having them installed on their property. This program is also free to attend, as long as the attendee has an exhibit hall badge. The full seminar is accredited with ACEC New York for 3.0 Professional Development Hours (PDH). This seminar also qualifies for NICET Continuing Professional Development Points (CPD).
• For those looking to move into the world of consulting, ISC East is offering a half-day seminar provided by IAPSC. This session is paid and costs $250 onsite.
