Crime Prevention Security Systems has expanded its coverage area to northeast Florida with its acquisition of Scott Alarm Inc. based in Jacksonville, Fla. 

 

Scott Alarm has focused on sales, installation and customer service of alarm systems and home technology for homes and businesses. With this acquisition, Crime Prevention will take over the sales, installation and operations of Scott Alarm. In addition to offering the same security and home technologies that Scott Alarm offers to its customers, Crime Prevention will also monitor their customers with their own live-redundant central monitoring facilities.

Existing Scott Alarm customers will not experience any change of service or protection. They will continue to receive the security monitoring and technical support they have enjoyed for years. Crime Prevention is contacting Scott Alarm customers to notify them of the change and reassure them of the continued high level of service they can expect.
