The Savance Emergency Mustering solution is an up-to-the-minute electronic tool used for roll call during fire drills or emergency evacuations. Using a Windows tablet or laptop, the system lists everyone that was signed in or out at the moment of the emergency. As people move from area to area, the software automatically syncs with the mobile device operating Savance Emergency Mustering, allowing the safety officer to communicate with emergency workers to pinpoint a certain person’s last known location.

This solution is customizable to suit various business needs, allowing companies to conduct standard accountability reporting roll call with real-time data; get access to employees’ personal emergency contact information; filter employees based on status and track each person’s location when the emergency occurred.

When the device is disconnected, it goes into offline mode and stops all synchronization until reconnected.
