RS2 Technologies LLC, a provider of access control systems, has announced that it will be holding its annual conference in San Juan, Puerto Rico on February 28 through March 3, 2017, at the San Juan Marriott Resort & Stellaris Casino. 

The annual event gathers RS2’s dealers and integrators, along with its marketing partners such as Mercury Security, ASSA ABLOY and many others to learn about the company’s newest product offerings, access control market trends and educational presentations from vendors and industry experts. The 2017 conference is entitled “Surf, Sand, and Sales – in Old San Juan!” and will be the company’s first to be held outside the continental United States. 

In announcing the conference, Dave Barnard, RS2 director of dealer development, said, “Each year, our annual conference grows larger and involves more of our dealers, integrators, vendors, marketing partners and selected end-users. We will not only be sharing our 2017 product and marketing plans with our dealers, but also discussing our long-term strategic growth plans. We consider our annual conference to be one of the factors that have helped us achieve double-digit sales growth every year since 2010.” Barnard went to add that the conference will not be “all work and no play,” as the company plans to offer participants tours of Old San Juan, the El Morro Fort (a United Nations World Heritage site), the El Yunque Tropical Rainforest, and the world-famous bioluminescent Bio Bay on neighboring Vieques Island.
