Alert Protective Services Acquires Alert Alarm Corp.
Alert Protective Services LLC, a regional provider of security and fire alarms to Illinois, Michigan, Wisconsin and Indiana, acquired substantially all the assets of Alert Alarm Corp. in Northbrook, Ill.
David Silberstein, president & CEO of Alert Protective, explained why Alert Alarm is a perfect fit for Alert Protective: “The customer base is located in the North Shore and city of Chicago, the companies share similar naming, and Alert Alarm Corp. has focused on delivering customer satisfaction for many years, explained.”
For nearly 40 years, Alert Protective’s mission has been “To be The Shield of True Security and to provide our residential, commercial and government clients with peace-of-mind by offering world-class customer service and leading technology across the alarm, camera, access control and life safety/security spectrum,” the company reported in a press release.
