SureView Systems, provider of the security software platform Immix, announced it has added Allied Universal as the latest user of its Immix Guard Force product. Immix Guard Force is a hosted-service version of Immix Command Center, a situational awareness software platform used by businesses, institutions and agencies to monitor security systems and protect critical assets.

Immix Guard Force allows Allied Universal to offer Immix Command Center as a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) model via its Monitoring and Response Center (MaRC) — its security operations center (SOC) — to private command center customers. Additionally, the software will enable the company to seamlessly provide advanced, value-add managed video and situational awareness services to any customer, regardless of location. Immix Guard Force is primarily used by physical guard providers, like Allied Universal, looking to augment and enhance service offerings through technology that allows them to rapidly grow their businesses through back-end managed services and the outsourcing of traditional command center operations without incurring heavy additional costs.

In 2015, Allied Universal’s MaRC became the first private SureView Systems Certified Center, a designation that recognizes the company as a best-in-class partner for using Immix Central Station software.

“We have been a user of SureView’s Immix CS software for some time but needed a solution that would allow us to have greater capability and flexibility,” said Sherman Brawner, senior director of integrated security solutions for Allied Universal Security  “The Immix Guard Force product not only expands our ability to be able to offer more than just a video monitoring and alarm verification solution, but it also provides a full suite of tools and services that can perform threat assessment, situational awareness, managed access control and visitor management services for a wide range of customers — particularly in the higher education, healthcare, petrochemical and commercial facility management segments.  We have thousands of customers, very few of which actually have their own SOC. Therefore, we see Immix Guard Force as a very logical fit to help provide customers with this capability without incurring huge up-front costs.”

Chris Brown, vice president, central stations for SureView Systems, added, “SureView is extremely pleased to strengthen an already great relationship with Allied Universal. The fact that a company of its stature saw the value in Immix Guard Force and quickly moved to implement the solution, reinforces our belief that Guard Force can provide a tremendous and unique opportunity for the security industry. Allied Universal is really poised to be able to offer a level of service that few other companies can, and we look forward to helping them achieve great success.”

SureView Systems will be demonstrating its entire Immix platform, including Guard Force, at ISC West in Las Vegas in booth # 22053. Or visit www.sureviewsystems.com for more information.
