Micro Key Solutions, a provider of monitoring and back office accounting software, announced the hire of a new CEO, Andrew Bensinger. He joined the organization in December 2018 and brings with him over 15 years of experience in software and solutions development, specifically within the managed service channel, which is a very similar model to the security alarm industry. Bensinger also is the inventor of Near Line Business Continuity, has been awarded 10 U.S. patents and is the creator and founder of a leading business continuity company.

“I am honored to be working with such an experienced team and proven product,” Besinger said. “We understand that providing seamless solutions to our partners that allows them to be more efficient and profitable is one of our greatest values.”

The addition of Bensinger solidifies Micro Key’s leadership team and allows the company as a whole to continue to deliver an all-in-one software solution with unmatched personalized customer support. The company is focusing on more effective issue resolutions with the adoption of different technologies and the expansion of its live and on demand product training platform, Micro Key University.

“Micro Key is thrilled to have Andrew’s talent and experience as part of our leadership team,” said Micro Key Solutions President Victoria Ferro. “Andrew’s addition as the new CEO provides me the opportunity to truly get back to my passion, which is our valuable partners. While our competitors’ focus has shifted to acquisitions from customer service, Micro Key’s main focus is delivering quality products and quality service to our valued customers. Customer Advocacy will be my number one priority.”

With the company’s 35th anniversary on the horizon next year, Micro Key is continuing to grow.

“This is an exciting time for both myself and Micro Key Solutions and I look forward to helping lead the company to further establish ourselves as leaders within the security alarm industry,” Bensinger said.
