Porter joins the team during a period of rapid growth, following Security 101 – Northern California’s recent debut at no. 75 on SDM Magazine’s 2025 Top Systems Integrators list.

Keith D’Sa will officially assume his new role as Director of Sales North America on October 1, 2025, and will be based out of Axis Communications’ Americas headquarters in Chelmsford, Mass.

In this role, Segars will lead the company’s strategic initiatives and business development efforts across the federal government landscape.

Parker will lead the IDIS Americas sales and business development organization, overseeing the company’s growing network of integration and distribution partners, as well as its expanding base of end users.

Nemerofsky assumes the role of FAST chair from Kerri Sutherland, manager of human resources business partnerships at Axis Communications.

Sokka succeeds John Skowronski, who has served as Interim CEO since August 2024, helping to sharpen Acre’s go-to-market execution and product focus.

ORR ranked 30th on the 2025 SDM 100, where the company ranked among the top 20 in key categories — ranking 17 in Total Annual Revenue and 8 in Non-Residential Installation Revenue.
