BadgePass Appoints Jason Thomas as EVP, Sales & Robbie Jefcoat as EVP, Customer & Brand Strategy

BadgePass, a provider of modern identity and credentialing solutions, appointed Jason Thomas as executive vice president (EVP) of sales and Robbie Jefcoat as EVP of customer and brand strategy. These leadership additions strengthen the company’s executive team as they accelerate growth, deepen customer relationships and continue scaling its platform and services.

“BadgePass is entering an exciting new phase, and we’re investing in leadership that matches our ambition,” said Lindsay Martin-Nez, CEO, BadgePass. “Jason brings a proven track record of building high-performing sales organizations and delivering meaningful revenue growth. Robbie brings the strategic customer and brand focus that ensures we are building not just a great product, but a complete experience customers trust and advocate for. Together, they will help us expand our impact and deliver even greater value to the markets we serve.”

Thomas will lead the sales organization and go-to-market strategy, partnering closely with marketing, customer success and product teams to expand adoption, strengthen partner relationships and drive revenue growth across target industries.

Thomas brings extensive experience in technology and enterprise sales leadership, including building high-performing teams and driving measurable results. He joins BadgePass with a strong background in leading enterprise sales organizations and accelerating growth through strategic execution and customer-focused selling.

Jefcoat will lead BadgePass’s efforts to elevate the full customer experience, from onboarding and engagement to retention and advocacy, while shaping and strengthening the company’s brand presence, messaging and market positioning.

Jefcoat brings more than a decade of experience at BadgePass and is widely recognized for his customer-first leadership and ability to build high-impact teams that deliver meaningful outcomes. In this expanded role, he will ensure customers and partners have a consistent, exceptional experience across every touchpoint while helping to amplify BadgePass’s voice in the market.
