Avaya announced that BCDVideo’s new series of video surveillance switches, called Titan, will be powered by Avaya’s network operating system (NOS) software. Chicago-based BCDVideo is the first systems integrator to adopt Avaya NOS software for private-label distribution. The software that will drive the Titan Series is based on Avaya Fabric Connect, the company’s flagship networking technology.

With Avaya NOS now available on industry-standard hardware, customers of specialized solution providers such as BCDVideo can realize benefits including network simplicity, massive scalability, enhanced performance and high security.
