Fingerprint Door Locks Earn BHMA Certification

ZKAccess announced that its ML10 fingerprint door locks received Grade 3 certification from the Builders Hardware Manufacturers Association. BHMA is the only U.S. organization accredited by ANSI to develop and maintain performance standards for builders’ hardware. Among the ZKAccess fingerprint door locks that have earned the BHMA certification are models ML10, ML10B, ML10R and ML10-ID. To receive BHMA certification, the products must undergo a series of rigorous operational and security tests to comply with the standards. Dozens of tests are performed on each product including: tension loading, impact/force, deadbolt torque, retraction deadbolt, pound exertion, bolt strength, vertical load test, security, etc.
