American Alarm released a five-year study, “Regional Security Report: Five-Year Study of Verified Alarms, 2014-2018,” examining verified alarms in greater Boston and central New England. The study analyzes data collected at the company’s monitoring center that tracks activity from its security and life safety systems installed at nearly 30,000 locations, primarily in greater Boston, central Massachusetts, Rhode Island and southern New Hampshire. After initially collecting the information for its own use, American Alarm wanted to share the results for the benefit
of the public.
