Mountain Acquisition Company LCC, owner of Apex, has acquired Rocky Mountain Security Services / Integrated Systems, which has provided security services to clients in greater Denver.
ADS Security has acquired customer accounts from Professional Alarms Inc. of Clarksville, Tenn. The purchase adds more than 3,000 accounts to ADS’ Middle Tennessee customer base, growing one of their largest markets to approximately 18,000 accounts.
