BCDVideo, based in Northbrook, Ill., announced at last week’s ISC West that its storage solutions have been optimized for IP video design by HP.

Thanks to a new partnership announced at ISC West, Hikvision’s embedded recording solutions are now integrated with Solink’s event-based video discovery platform.

It seemed that the biggest buzzword to come out of last week’s ISC West was 4K — just as it was the biggest buzzword to come out of the Consumer Electronics Show (CES) in 2012.
