In this role, Alvernaz will support NAPCO’s national and strategic accounts, focusing on relationship development, growth opportunities and enhanced support across NAPCO’s portfolio of commercial fire, intrusion, access control and locking solutions.

With over 20 years of business development and sales experience, he is based in Dallas and reports to Jeff Slaughter, head of business development.

In this role, Joseph will lead Minuteman’s vertical market strategy, strengthen national partnerships and accelerate the company’s expansion across key U.S. regions.
