Nice has been focused on executing its strategic plan to strengthen the company’s position in North America by converging its vast product portfolio under one unified brand.

Nice has named Jean-Philippe Demaël as chairman of its new strategic committee. Demaël will also receive a seat on the board of directors. 

The move will position Nice as one of the largest single-source manufacturers of smart home and building automation solutions in the North American market. 

SDM had the chance to interview Dr. Bob Banerjee, senior director of Training and Development, NICE Systems, Ra'anana, Israel, recently on “green” initiatives at NICE Systems.
