Security Partners, a wholesale provider of advanced central station monitoring services, announced the addition of three sales leaders to its growing team. Kirk Harris was named vice president of sales and marketing, Jennifer Solsten joins as the firm’s west coast regional business development manager and Carl Van Wy will serve as the southwest regional business development manager.

This expansion comes as Security Partners looks for new ways to serve its growing network of independent security dealers across the country.

“I’m thrilled to welcome Kirk, Jennifer and Carl to our team,” said Patrick Egan, CEO of Security Partners. “They each bring a wealth of security industry experience to our firm and will serve as key members of our team as we continue to grow relationships with dealers across the country.”

Harris comes to Security Partners with more than 30 years of experience in the security industry, having worked with GE Security, ADT, Tyco and others. He is a long-standing veteran of the industry, serving in roles spanning from sales, operations and manufacturing, to installation, service and dealer program support. 

Solsten brings 26 years of executive sales leadership experience to Security Partners. Her sales career has included work in pharmaceuticals, retail and security, including five years at Nortek Security & Control. There, she led sales initiatives for the company’s medical monitoring systems and spearheaded the company’s expansion into the health and wellness space. 

Van Wy has spent more than 16 years in the security field. He’s worked with some of the industry’s most advanced providers of high-end video monitoring surveillance systems, including Interface Security Systems where he led security sales initiatives for many of its major retail clients.
