Guardian Protection was declared the Monitoring Center of the Year in the 14th annual TMA Excellence Awards, sponsored by SDM. The award was announced last night at the ESX opening celebration, held at the Indiana State Museum in the charming city of Indianapolis. Representatives from Guardian Protection, in accepting the award, underscored that it’s not companies that win awards, it’s people who do, and they were excited to bring home the large glass winning cup that was presented to them by Ivan Spector, president of TMA.
The other winners in the TMA Excellence Awards also were revealed:
- Monitoring Center Operator of the Year: Charles White, Affiliated Monitoring
- Monitoring Center Manager of the Year: Sarah Murphy, Sonitrol
- Monitoring Center Support Person of the Year: Ben Perry, Universal Atlantic Systems
The TMA Excellence Awards recognize NRTL-listed monitoring centers and outstanding personnel who perform in the highest professional manner, making significant contributions to the betterment of the industry. The companies and individuals nominated and chosen as finalists and winners each year are admirable examples of how profoundly the monitoring industry takes its responsibility to protect lives and property.
